To initiate a product return, please complete the Return Material Authorization Request form below. You will hear back from one of our customer service associates with return instructions within 48 hours.

All approved returns must be returned within 30 days of issuance of the Return Authorization in the original, unmarked box with original packaging. A copy of the Return Authorization must be enclosed as the packing slip. Restocking charges may apply. Defective automation material normally requires a repair and return process instead of credit. Please contact our repair department for assistance on this material.
